About the event
Experience the calming power of nature with Forest Therapy, a guided outdoor program that helps participants of all ages slow down, engage their senses, and connect with the world around them. Through mindful prompts and shared reflection, you can reduce stress, boost well-being, and foster a sense of connection. Led by Kristy Belton, a certified Forest Therapy Guide with the Conservation Foundation, this welcoming program offers a gentle, restorative way to recharge in nature. This free event will be held at Fabyan Forest Preserve on Saturday, August 29 from 9:30-11:30 am.
