Youth Drop-in
Our Youth Drop-in is open to youth ages 13-19. All youth are welcome, regardless of gender or sexual orientation. The drop-in, hosted by Katy Swiecicki and Belong co-president Caleb Anderson, offers a safe space for LGBTQ youth and allies through weekly meetings. Meetings include fun activities, games, crafts, educational programming, and more! The drop-in is the perfect place to make friends, hang out, and have a good time.
Meetings are held every Tuesday from 5:30 to 7pm in Geneva, IL. To join, please email belongfoxvalley@gmail.com for the exact location.
Belong Pride Color Guard
The Belong Pride Guard is an inclusive and welcoming color guard team sponsored by Belong: Fox Valley. They showcase their performances at Belong events, pride parades, and other various local events. The team welcomes individuals aged 13 and above, regardless of their experience level. Practices are held in Batavia, IL.

Participate in Events
No matter your age, gender identity, or sexual identity, there is a place for you at Belong events! Events are held several times a month with more in June for Pride Month. Almost all events are free and all are funded 100% through donations. Events are set up and run by volunteers from the community.

Volunteer
Without volunteers, we wouldn't be able to make Belong events happen! All events are set up and run exclusively by volunteers from the opportunity. We have a wide variety of opportunities to volunteer. Youth events and pride events especially require extra help. All volunteers must be 18+ and volunteers working with youth must complete a background check.

Donate
As a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, Belong: Fox Valley is funded 100% through donations. Donations go towards keeping programs like the Youth Drop-in running as well as funding events. Without your support and the support of the community, Belong would not be able to do the work we do.
Monetary donations are appreciated at any time and especially during fundraisers for specific events and programs. To make a monetary donation, please use our Donation Form. Follow us on Instagram and Facebook to learn about the latest fundraisers.
You can also support Belong by purchasing items off our Amazon wishlists for specific events. Events like Teen Queer Prom and local pride parades require a lot of supplies and purchasing items from our wishlists help make these events happen!
